Father HS Veer a known sikh scholar, Anchor and a famous Punjabi lyrics writer with the name “Veer Rahimpuri” (Tootak Fame) and mother Mrs. Manjit Kaur , both have proud on him with whole S. Balbir Singh & Smt. Sulinder Kaur’s family including three uncles , aunts. From the childhood he didn’t play with baby toys, he played with electronics instruments because of uncle Manjit Singh a known personality in the electronic sphere now running a reputed electronic shop at Phagwara gate i.e. Manjit Electronics Jalandhar. Initial education from “Navjeevan Public School Rahimpur”, which is now running by his younger uncle S. Avtar Singh, a gold medallist in NSS, honored by Govt. of INDIA at Silver public function at Trivandrum , Kerla with Indra Gandhi National NSS Award.
